They are widely used in e-cigarettes, automotive nozzles, and the pharmaceutical industry.They consist of ceramic, a thermally conductive layer, a resistor layer, and electrodes. Atomization is achieved through heating resistors. However, unstable and uneven temperature distribution can lead to localized burning and insufficient atomization. To ensure stable atomization, the heating coils require more refined and customized processing.
