In order to implement national laws and regulations and relevant policy requirements such as the \"Guidelines for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 Edition)\", further strengthen the overall connection between the licensing access of e-cigarette related production and wholesale enterprises and the e-cigarette industry policy and regulatory policy, standardize the application and management of licenses, and promote the legal and standardized governance of the e-cigarette industry, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, based on the characteristics of the e-cigarette industry and the actual supervision,It is planned to revise the \"Detailed Rules for the Management of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses for Electronic Cigarette-related Production Enterprises and Wholesale Enterprises\" (National Tobacco Law [2022] No. 106) issued on August 15, 2022.<\/span>The \"Detailed Rules for the Management of Tobacco Monopoly Licenses for Electronic Cigarette-Related Production Enterprises and Wholesale Enterprises (Draft for Comments)\" and the revision instructions are now made public to solicit public opinions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u843d\u5b9e\u56fd\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u300a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u8c03\u6574\u6307\u5bfc\u76ee\u5f55\uff08<\/span><\/span>2024\u5e74\u672c\uff09\u300b\u7b49\u6709\u5173\u653f\u7b56\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u76f8\u5173\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u6279\u53d1\u4f01\u4e1a\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u4f01\u4e1a\uff09\u8bb8\u53ef\u51c6\u5165\u4e0e<\/span><\/span>\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u4ea7\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u76d1\u7ba1\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u7edf\u7b79\u8854\u63a5\uff0c\u89c4\u8303\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7533\u529e\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u7b49\u4e8b\u9879\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u516c\u5e73\u516c\u6b63\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u826f\u597d\u8425\u5546\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u4ea7\u4e1a\u6cd5\u6cbb\u5316\u89c4\u8303\u5316\u6cbb\u7406\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u70df\u8349\u4e13\u5356\u5c40\u7ed3\u5408\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u4ea7\u4e1a<\/span><\/span>\u7279\u70b9\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u5b9e\u9645\uff0c\u62df\u5bf9<\/span><\/span>2022\u5e748\u670815\u65e5\u5370\u53d1\u7684\u300a\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u76f8\u5173\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u6279\u53d1\u4f01\u4e1a\u70df\u8349\u4e13\u5356\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7ba1\u7406\u7ec6\u5219\u300b\uff08\u56fd\u70df\u6cd5\u30142022\u3015106\u53f7\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u300a\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u76f8\u5173\u751f\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u6279\u53d1\u4f01\u4e1a\u70df\u8349\u4e13\u5356\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7ba1\u7406\u7ec6\u5219<\/span><\/span>\uff08\u5f81\u6c42<\/span><\/span>\u610f\u89c1\u7a3f<\/span><\/span>\uff09<\/span><\/span>\u300b<\/span><\/span>\u3002\u73b0\u5c06\u6709\u5173\u60c5\u51b5\u8bf4\u660e\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
