According to the new rules, starting in the fall of 2026, each tobacco retail outlet will need to obtain a special permit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to the documents outlining the new licensing conditions, Rosalkogoltobakregulirovanie will be responsible for issuing such permits.
