In particular, the production and sale of excisable goods is prohibited,\u00a0<strong>with the exception of<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>tobacco products<\/strong>\u00a0(TN VED 2402), subject to excise tax and VAT when imported into the rest of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, for companies registered in the FEZ before 2000;<\/li>\n<li><strong>nicotine-containing products<\/strong>\u00a0, including disposable electronic cigarettes and similar devices (HS 2404 and 8543 40 000 0), subject to restrictions on export to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;<\/li>\n<li><strong>waters, including mineral and carbonated waters,<\/strong>\u00a0containing added sugar, other sweetening or flavoring substances under HS code 2202, also subject to excise tax and VAT when sold outside the SEZ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>source\uff1ahttps:\/\/economist.kg\/biznes\/2025\/01\/12\/proizvodstvo-podaktsiznykh-tovarov-v-sez-bishkiek-zaprietili-no-nie-dlia-vsiekh\/<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed the law \u201cOn Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic \u201cOn Free Economic Zones\u201d, adopted by the Zhogorku Kenesh on November 20, 2024.
