This process significantly enhances the material's hardness, strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, and it has found limited application in the casings of electronic cigarettes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The micro-arc oxidation film features a porous structure with internal density, achieving hardness levels of several thousand Vickers. It exhibits exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, withstanding neutral salt spray for up to 800 hours. Furthermore, this process offers excellent insulation properties and high adhesion strength, ensuring a robust bond between the film and the substrate metal, making it suitable for various alloy materials. Micro-arc oxidation encompasses three main steps: pre-treatment, oxidation, and post-treatment. The properties of the film are influenced by process parameters such as electrolyte composition and current density. Overall, micro-arc oxidation demonstrates vast potential for future applications.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"bpp-post-content\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u5fae\u5f27\u6c27\u5316\u5de5\u827a\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u786c\u5ea6\u3001\u5f3a\u5ea6\u3001\u8010\u8150\u8680\u4e0e\u6c27\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u70df\u5916\u58f3\u4e0a\u6709\u90e8\u5206\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u5fae\u5f27\u6c27\u5316\u5de5\u827a\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u672c\u6587\u4e00\u8d77\u6765\u5b66\u4e60\u4e0b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"rich_pages wxw-img\" style=\"width: 100%;
