The chemical structure of cotton fibers grants them remarkable absorbency and durability, which directly influences the atomization effect of the vaporizer and the flavor of the e-liquid. Significant variations in oil retention, wicking speed, and heat resistance exist among pure cotton non-woven fabrics from different origins and processes, impacting the overall user experience. For instance, U.S. cotton excels in saturated absorption and wicking rate, while other types, such as cotton-linen blends, also perform well under specific conditions. Thermogravimetric analysis reveals that the decomposition temperature of pure cotton non-woven fabric reaches up to 360\u00b0C, exceeding the heating temperatures of e-cigarettes (200\u00b0C-300\u00b0C), thereby effectively preventing the \"burnt wick\" phenomenon and ensuring an enhanced vaping experience and extended lifespan of the atomizer.<\/em><\/p>\n
