Drawing inspiration from China's licensing system for e-cigarettes, Russia has also adopted a traceability system for tobacco products similar to that used in the European Union, applying it to ensure accurate labeling. Additionally, reforms and legal stipulations have been introduced concerning taxation, nicotine-free e-cigarettes, minimum retail pricing, flavor additives in vaping liquids, and the advertising and display of products.<\/p>\n

This article systematically reviews the regulatory content concerning e-cigarettes and HNB products in Russia, providing a reference for companies and individuals within the related e-vapor supply chain.<\/p>\n
