To address the challenge of swiftly and precisely measuring the moisture content in heated tobacco products,<\/strong><\/span>A systematic comparison and optimization were conducted on various determination methods, including the Karl Fischer method, gas chromatography, and near-infrared spectroscopy. Concurrently, representing glycerin, the impact of substantial quantities of volatile substances on the accuracy of measurements was explored. Based on these findings, a model for determining and adjusting the moisture content in heated tobacco products, suitable for different production techniques, was established.<\/p>\n

\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff1a<\/strong><\/span>\u2460\u4f18\u5316\u6d4b\u91cf\u53c2\u6570\u540e\uff0c\u5361\u5c14\u00b7\u8d39\u4f11\u6cd5\u7684\u52a0\u6807\u56de\u6536\u7387\u4e3a99.50%~102.70%\uff0c\u6c14\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u6cd5\u4e3a98.64%~108.70%\u3002\u2461\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u52a0\u70ed\u5377\u70df\u6837\u54c1\u542b\u6c34\u7387\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u65f6\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u5361\u5c14\u00b7\u8d39\u4f11\u6cd5\u6d4b\u5b9a\u7ed3\u679c\u4e3a\u57fa\u51c6\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u8c31\u6cd5\u6d4b\u5b9a\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u591a\u9879\u5f0f\u4fee\u6b63\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4fee\u6b63\u540e\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u8bef\u5dee\u4ece1.75%\u964d\u4f4e\u81f30.32%\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u5b9e\u9645\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u63a7\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5361\u5c14\u00b7\u8d39\u4f11\u6cd5\u4e0e\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u8c31\u6cd5\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u517c\u5177\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u548c\u65f6\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u4e14\u64cd\u4f5c\u7b80\u4fbf\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u52a0\u70ed\u5377\u70df\u52a0\u5de5\u5de5\u827a\u5168\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u542b\u6c34\u7387\u6d4b\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u52a0\u70ed\u5377\u70df\u4e2d\u7518\u6cb9\u7b49\u6325\u53d1\u6027\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u5206\u6570\u8fdc\u9ad8\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u5377\u70df\u3002<\/strong><\/span>25 \u2103\u4e0b\uff0c\u7518\u6cb9\u7684\u9971\u548c\u84b8\u6c7d\u538b\u4e3a0.0224 Pa\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6325\u53d1\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6d4b\u5b9a\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5fae\u6ce2\u6cd5\u662f\u5229\u7528\u5fae\u6ce2\u7684\u8c10\u632f\u6d4b\u8bd5\u70df\u8349\u542b\u6c34\u7387\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6cd5\u5bf9\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u7269\u6599\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u6e29\u6e7f\u5ea6\u8f83\u4e3a\u654f\u611f\u3002\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u5149\u8c31\u6cd5\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6c34\u5206\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u6ce2\u957f\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u5149\u8c31\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u5f3a\u5ea6\u6d4b\u5b9a\u70df\u8349\u542b\u6c34\u7387\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6cd5\u68c0\u6d4b\u8017\u65f6\u77ed\uff0c\u53cd\u9988\u5b9e\u65f6\uff0c\u6280\u672f\u6210\u719f\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5728\u52a0\u70ed\u5377\u70df\u751f\u4ea7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6d4b\u5b9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u5bf9\u6837\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u6d4b\u65f6\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u504f\u5dee\u9ad8\u8fbe10%\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u5404\u73af\u8282\u6837\u54c1\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e0e\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n
