Additionally, during the injection molding process, the ratio of masterbatch to material, molding temperature, injection parameters, injection speed, and gate position are key factors affecting the flow pattern effect. In actual production, controlling the direction and layering of the flow patterns requires technical skill, patience, and experience. The use of PCR recycled materials is a trend, and although there are issues with color variation and impurities, flow pattern effects can mask these defects. The richness of flow patterns can be achieved by overlaying different colored masterbatches, while dual-shot flow pattern technology can enhance the three-dimensional and transparent feel. The innovative direction for flow pattern effects may be the realization of fully integrated water-soluble gradient effects.
