In recent years, the momentum of development in our country's electronic cigarette industry has been rapid. The growing contradiction between the development and regulation of the electronic cigarette industry is becoming increasingly prominent. From the current perspective, various issues persist in new tobacco products such as electronic cigarettes. For instance, the production standards are only preliminary, and the regulatory framework and mechanisms for market supervision require further refinement. These challenges pose a certain obstacle to the high-quality development of the tobacco industry in our country.\n\nTherefore, it is imperative to align with the national context, ground efforts in practical circumstances, and enhance the regulatory framework for the industry of new tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. In the backdrop of the new era, it is essential to further clarify the nature of new tobacco products like electronic cigarettes, refine and improve industry standards, as well as regulatory norms and policy documents. The optimization of the structural layout of the industry, in accordance with laws and regulations, should be pursued. Strengthening regulatory measures in accordance with the law, fulfilling regulatory responsibilities in a legal manner, and propelling the sustained, stable, and healthy high-quality development of the industry should be prioritized. This encompasses the comprehensive realization of legal, standardized, and enduring regulatory practices.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
