On November 10th, the domestic electronic cigarette OEM company, Chinafirstunion, issued an official statement in response to the inspection conducted by the Shenzhen patent enforcement authorities at its factory. The statement asserts that their VG2400 electronic atomization product is not protected by the utility model patent (ZL202320854370.6) in question. Chinafirstunion assures that everything is in order. The patent involves a device with multiple interchangeable oil tanks, independent power output, addressing the issue of flavor mixing. The device features multiple smoke cartridges, allowing users to switch flavors as needed. Additionally, the patent complies with European regulations on nicotine content, increasing it to 8 milliliters, thereby stimulating purchasing desires. The patent applicant is Dongguan Kangruntai Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., and their product garnered industry attention after being showcased in Europe. Shenzhen Kangrun, attempting collaboration with IVG initially, turned toChinafirstunion for production after unsuccessful negotiations. Chinafirstunion boasts over 5000 patents and stands as a leader in domestic electronic cigarette patents.<\/em><\/p>\n
