Abstract: The Marbling Effect is a thermal process for the exterior of electronic cigarette casings, utilizing PC\/ABS material. The PC\/ABS alloy combines the characteristics of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS), enhancing heat resistance, tensile strength, and reducing melt viscosity. This alloy finds extensive applications in automotive components, household appliance casings, and more. The principle behind creating the Marbling Effect involves the use of high-melting-point masterbatches. During the extrusion process, the masterbatch and PC\/ABS form different flow rates, resulting in irregular pigment distribution, ultimately presenting a marble-like texture. By adjusting molding process parameters and masterbatch quantities, the color and intensity of the Marbling Effect can be customized.<\/em><\/p>\n
