Abstract: In recent years, the electronic cigarette industry has experienced rapid growth. In order to regulate the industry, regulatory authorities implemented the mandatory national standard for \"Electronic Cigarettes\" starting from October 1st of last year, prohibiting the sale of flavored electronic cigarettes other than tobacco flavor and electronic cigarettes that can self-add aerosols. However, the recent appearance of \"herbal atomizers\" in the market, which bear resemblance to traditional electronic cigarettes in appearance and flavor, has raised concerns among parents and consumers. Some manufacturers label them as \"food-grade\" products, yet this categorization significantly differs from the therapeutic effects of traditional herbal remedies, potentially misleading consumers. Regulatory authorities should clearly identify the identity of such products to ensure consumers' right to know and safety.<\/em><\/p>\n
