The FDA\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">issued marketing granted orders<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">\u00a0to NJOY LLC for its Ace closed e-cigarette device and three accompanying tobacco-flavored e-liquid pods, specifically:\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-paddingleft-1\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-style: italic; color: #888888;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">NJOY Ace Device<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-style: italic; color: #888888;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">NJOY Ace Pod Classic Tobacco 2.4%<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-style: italic; color: #888888;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">NJOY Ace Pod Classic Tobacco 5%<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;
