HQD TECH（深圳市汉清达科技有限公司）已获得由国家烟草专卖局颁发的《烟草专卖生产企业许可证》。许可范围：烟弹、烟具、组合产品品牌持有（内销、出口）。

作为一家集研发、生产、销售的一次性电子烟品牌，HQD 经国家重重程序受理和审查，获得由国家烟草专卖局授予的具有在国内合法生产、合法销售电子烟产品的资质。获颁该许可证是HQD品牌发展的重要里程碑，意义十分重大。

自2014年成立以来，HQD品牌一直保持行业高度自律，坚守行业规范，依法开展电子烟生产经营活动，积极落实国家监管要求，坚持合规化发展。如今，HQD TECH 已深耕电子烟行业八载，始终以优质产品为驱动，大力投入产品研发，全新升级产品，积极推动国标产品创新，积累的核心技术和专利已有200多份，科研实力增长迅速。

HQD TECH has been awarded a tobacco monopoly production enterprise license by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, permitted scope including cartridges, vape sets, and brand-owned combination products.

As a top vape brand company integrating the R&D, production, and sales, HQD has been granted the qualification to produce and sell vapes legally after being received and examined by the administration. This is a significant milestone in the development of HQD.

Since 2014, HQD has maintained a high degree of self-discipline and observed the vape regulation. Moreover, HQD legally carries out vape operation and production activities according to national vape policies.
