3月24日，FDA官网动态显示，日本烟草国际旗下电子烟品牌 Logic 的部分产品获得PMTA授权，比如Logic Vapeleaf、Logic Power 、Logic Pro等，主要是烟草口味，薄荷口味还在审查中。
这是继英美烟草的 Vuse 后，第二款获得PMTA授权的电子烟产品。

The FDA authorized several tobacco-flavored ENDS products from Logic Technology Development LLC (Logic) under the Logic Vapeleaf, Logic Power and Logic Pro brands, including devices. These products were authorized after the agency’s review of the product applications concluded, among other things, that the likely benefit for adult smokers who significantly reduce their cigarette use (or who switch completely and experience cigarette use cessation) outweighs the risk to youth, provided that the company follows postmarketing requirements to reduce youth access and youth exposure to their marketing. While today’s action permits these specific products to be sold in the U.S., it does not mean these products are safe nor are they “FDA approved.” All tobacco products are harmful and potentially addictive. Those who do not use tobacco products shouldn’t start.

Logic是美国一家电子烟生产商，2015年4月被日烟国际收购，旗下有多个电子烟品类。
Vapeleaf ：这是除菲利普莫里斯国际公司的 IQOS之外唯一获得 FDA 授权的 HTP，由于专利纠纷，该产品目前未在美国销售，而是以 JTI 的 PLOOM TECH 品牌在其他国家销售。
Logic Power ：一款可充电的类似雪茄的设备，带有传统的旋入式雾化器补充装。
Logic Pro ：一款带有嵌入式密封胶囊的电子烟，可容纳 1.5 毫升的电子液体。
Logic 是第二家获得 FDA 批准销售的电子烟产品的公司。2021 年 10 月，该机构授权RJ Reynolds (RJR) Vapor Company 为其 Vuse Solo 设备和两个烟草味烟弹提供三种过时的蒸汽产品的营销许可。
该机构还否认 Vuse PMTA 用于烟草以外的调味产品。
值得注意的是，今天授权的 Logic 产品和 Vuse Solo 都没有在美国电子烟市场占有相当大的份额。最受欢迎的大众市场电子烟产品，如 JUUL 和 Vuse Alto 换弹式电子烟，仍在接受 FDA 审查。
